Solo traveler on self-drive safari

A Solo traveler or getting on the road alone for an adventure is a dream come true but whether to be on a self-drive or guided safari is question to ask yourself.

Traveling alone or traveling alone and meet strangers along the safari. To make it through the adventurous vacations in Uganda and east Africa at large you need courage, given the African history that most people fear. By the time you choose a solo travel, the only thing you need is quality time alone and the best of the adventures.

Why pay a company to second-guess your likes & dislikes. Read some itineraries, look up the places others go & then compile a "wish list". Come back with more specific ideas of what exactly you need inform them and they advise.

You can of course opt out of some or all of their suggestions. I'm conscious of not wasting anyone else's time and would advocate at least considering the package. These packages may be tailor made to suite your desired terms and conditions or choosing in the few that they have. you can as well get general advise and hire a car rental to take you through and mange the rest your self without booking.[sg_popup id="7000" event="inherit"][/sg_popup]

A self-drive solo traveler Uganda safari would be much earlier if tailored according to what exactly you want. From where to go like the national parks of Uganda to luxury Nile water rafting for rewinding and relaxing at the white waters.

It's very hard to estimate how much money you will need to do what I want to do. Because going solo traveler means adding a lot of things and removing from your desired itinerary. however if you chose a renowned self-drive car rental safari company they can create a coat estimate depending on your thought needs and personalized adventure.

cheap car rentals

Luxury solo travelers find comfort in high end lodges like kyaninga lodge, this may come along with big car rentals for safari jeeps and vans. This doesn’t mean that budget and mid range car hire is not available. Very good Budget accommodations and budget car rentals like Rav4 for rent on solo travels in east Africa.

A Few tips to consider however on a solo self-drive safari are staying on the road no matter what. When driving solo you must be focused at all times. Our roads in Uganda and east Africa may be tarmacked but a few bumps here and there. Driving from the main road is very much recommended to avoid un professional taxi drivers that you will encounter on the road.

Given that, I'm NOT sure you need a pop up camper or a pitch down tent. Most camping sites are gazetted and guarded. Here with ever option you choose on a self drive camping you will be safe regardless. Camping is fun but challenging in the wild. If you are adamant about camping, take your own gear but always stay in official campsites.
