African countries have perturbed between locking down (some, for a second time) and announcing plans to reopen to international travelers for self drive tours. But even as countries battle second and third waves of COVID-19, vaccine rollouts continue to expand, making a return to normal. The situation in Uganda now is too much strict rules and guidelines to be followed after the international opening of travellers into Uganda for self drive tours.  Though the situation has improved in recent months as more vaccines become available.
